Motivation ..

You know your mind is a powerful tool, very powerful tool. Some smart people at Harvard figured out that 50% of the time we as people are lost in thought. So that means 50% of the time you are not using your most powerful tool, because you are distracted about whats in the future or held up by whats in the past. Distracted .. "Oh I am not going to make it." or "Im not as good as him or her."  What you need to do to be able to use that tool is to be into right now. Because, if you want to do better it needs to start right now. If you want to make it then you need to start right now. If you want to be motivated then you need to start right now.
